What Favico handles
The website stores icon images, their short public names, generated optimised versions, safety and moderation records, and aggregate service activity needed to keep icons reliable. A replacement request may include an email address when you ask to receive its outcome.
What stays on your computer
The local helper uses the official Bitwarden CLI. Vault items, passwords, session keys, encrypted backups and the edits you review stay between your computer and Bitwarden. Optional password comparison runs in memory and is never displayed, stored, logged or uploaded.
Public icons and retention
A published icon and its name are intentionally public so browsers and password managers can fetch them. Originals are protected from public access; safe derivatives are published. Replaced URLs may remain live but unlisted to avoid breaking existing vault entries. Security and administrator audit records may be retained while their protective purpose continues.
Your choices
You can keep an upload out of public search, report an incorrect icon, request correction or deletion, and opt out of anonymous matching contributions in the local helper. Email support@epicencore.io for a privacy request. We may ask for proportionate proof that you control the relevant content or address.
Providers and contact
Favico uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and private asset storage, and Resend for requested email updates. Contact EpicEncore at support@epicencore.io. Material policy changes will be dated here and prior versions retained.
