The icon is wrong, broken or misleading
On the home page, enter the icon’s current name, select the replacement request option, and upload the correct image. The current icon stays live while an EpicEncore administrator reviews the report.

Nothing changes in your vault until you choose Apply. Reopen the helper, confirm you selected the same vault, and use the encrypted backup or Bitwarden Trash if you need to recover a prior item.
Ask for help
Email support@epicencore.io with the icon name and what you expected to see. Never send a vault export, password or Bitwarden session key.
